Hello and welcome! I’m Mandy Onesti, LMT, founder of Cedar & Sage Massage & Wellness. I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2022, graduating from a medical-intensive program. While my practice centers on restoration, balance, and mindful relaxation, I draw on my medical training to pinpoint areas of tension and provide focused, effective relief when needed. Each session is designed to reduce stress, support overall well-being, and create space for the body to reset. My approach blends intentional touch, targeted techniques, and a calm environment to promote both physical and emotional renewal. At Cedar & Sage, my goal is simple: to help you reconnect with yourself, release what you’ve been carrying, and leave feeling restored.
